電液(ye)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)化器是(shi)由一(yi)個(ge)力矩(ju)(ju)電動(dong)機、兩(liang)級液(ye)壓放大和機械反(fan)饋(kui)系統等(deng)組成(cheng)。力矩(ju)(ju)電動(dong)機是(shi)由一(yi)個(ge)兩(liang)側(ce)繞(rao)有線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)水久磁(ci)鐵(tie)組成(cheng)。當伺服放大器輸出的(de)(de)電流(liu)改變時(shi),電液(ye)何(he)服閥內力矩(ju)(ju)電動(dong)機的(de)(de)銜鐵(tie)線(xian)圈(quan)中有電流(liu)通(tong)過(guo),產生一(yi)磁(ci)場(chang),在其兩(liang)側(ce)磁(ci)鐵(tie)的(de)(de)作用下,產生一(yi)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)力矩(ju)(ju),使銜鐵(tie)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)并(bing)帶彈動(dong)與之相連的(de)(de)擋板轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)。
伺(si)服閥工作原理:
汽閥開啟(qi)過(guo)程(cheng):DEH控(kong)制器發出閥位開啟(qi)指(zhi)令,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)電(dian)磁(ci)作(zuo)用,將擋板轉(zhuan)動(dong),擋板移近左(zuo)邊(bian)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)時(shi),該(gai)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)的(de)(de)泄油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)面(mian)積減小(xiao),使流(liu)量減小(xiao),噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)前(qian)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)P1升(sheng)高;與此同時(shi)右邊(bian)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)與擋板的(de)(de)距(ju)離增大(da),流(liu)量增加, 噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)前(qian)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)P2降低。由于擋板兩(liang)側(ce)噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)前(qian)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)與下部(bu)滑閥的(de)(de)端部(bu)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)室(shi)是相通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de), 當兩(liang)只噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)(zui)前(qian)的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)相等(deng)(deng)時(shi),則滑閥兩(liang)端的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)(ya)P1、P2也(ye)不(bu)相等(deng)(deng),P1>P2,差(cha)壓(ya)(ya)導致滑閥5向(xiang)右邊(bian)移動(dong),使滑閥凸肩(jian)所控(kong)制的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)口開大(da),P4壓(ya)(ya)力油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)進入P5中,P5與油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)動(dong)機活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)下部(bu)相連,控(kong)制通(tong)(tong)往(wang)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)動(dong)機活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)下腔的(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you),使油(you)(you)(you)(you)(you)動(dong)機活(huo)塞(sai)(sai)上(shang)升(sheng),開大(da)汽閥。
汽閥(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)過(guo)程:在DEH控制器(qi)發(fa)出閥(fa)(fa)位關(guan)閉(bi)指(zhi)令,通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)磁作用,將擋(dang)板(ban)轉動,擋(dang)板(ban)移(yi)近右(you)邊噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)時(shi),該噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)的泄油(you)(you)面積(ji)減小,使(shi)流量(liang)減小,噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)前(qian)的油(you)(you)壓P2升高;與(yu)此同時(shi)右(you)邊噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)與(yu)擋(dang)板(ban)的距(ju)離增大(da),流量(liang)增加, 噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)前(qian)的油(you)(you)壓P1降低。由于(yu)擋(dang)板(ban)兩(liang)側噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)前(qian)的油(you)(you)壓與(yu)下部滑閥(fa)(fa)的端(duan)部油(you)(you)室是相(xiang)通(tong)的, 當(dang)兩(liang)只噴(pen)(pen)嘴(zui)前(qian)的油(you)(you)壓不相(xiang)等(deng)時(shi),則滑閥(fa)(fa)兩(liang)端(duan)的油(you)(you)壓P1、P2也不相(xiang)等(deng),P2>P1,差壓導(dao)致滑閥(fa)(fa)5向左邊移(yi)動,使(shi)滑閥(fa)(fa)凸肩所控制的油(you)(you)口開大(da),P5油(you)(you)動機下腔油(you)(you)泄掉進入(ru)P7有壓回油(you)(you)中,使(shi)油(you)(you)動機活(huo)塞下降,關(guan)小汽閥(fa)(fa)開度。
備注:P6油(you)(you)腔室(shi)的接(jie)口在油(you)(you)動(dong)機(ji)集成塊(kuai)上(shang)是盲板,沒有與油(you)(you)動(dong)機(ji)的進油(you)(you)口相連。
